I really love my backpack, unfortunately it arrived with a hole in the leather on the very front. I immediately contacted customer service, and it’s been over two weeks with no response. Hopefully I hear from them soon after the holidays, and if I do I’ll update this review.
I was debating getting this bag for so long! I looked at countless leather backpacks and none compared to the elegant look or perfect size of the one that Poppy & Peonies has available. I am a law school student and it is the perfect backpack for stylish but functional and carries all my stuff without any issues. I have been using it for a few weeks now and am so happy I made this purchase!
Very lightweight, looks nice, and holds a lot of things! I love how many interior pockets and that it can hold my large cups on the inside. I use it both for work and as a diaper bag.
The bag is as expected, good quality and slightly smaller than I hoped for (once your laptop is in, a couple of smaller items and the bag is full). But is of great quality and looks great. Giving 4 stars because customer service is the worst! Really did not care about any of the issues when ordering, message them many times and suddenly they say " oh your request is outside working hours and we can't assist" so you just have to hope your product arrives at the correct address and is as expected otherwise good luck dealing with their customer service. Overall a great bag but not sure I would purchase again as the customer service team just left me such a bad taste that dealing with them again would be painful if needed.
I had honestly given up on finding a perfect work bag. They all looked too much like backpacks and I didn't want a tote. Or they didn't have enough outer pockets to be able to toss items easily. This bag is perfect. I love the outer pockets. The interior pocket for water bottles/coffee tumblers is great. There are a ton of little pockets for everything I need to bring to the office. The bag looks and feels very high quality. I love it. Highly recommend!
I bought the commuter for an upcoming trip but started using it for work beforehand and got many compliments on it. The only suggestion I have for it is to make the straps more adjustable and not like a belt.
