    Super cute but arrived dirty/damaged

    This cosmetic bag is super cute, but mine arrived dirty, like it had been dragged on a dirty floor for a while. When I contacted customer service asking for a refund (because I ordered a new item, not a used one) with pictures of the damaged item, I was offered a partial refund ($12 for an item costing $49+). I was disappointed. I’ve tried several bags from Poppy & Peonies and generally I like them, but I’ve found myself disappointed after most orders, so I might take a break. It also took 3 weeks for my order to be shipped, which was a bit long considering it was shipping from Canada (neighbour province from mine). Anyway, the strawberry print is very pretty!
