This bag is awesome! So much room and organization, the fabric is super durable and seems easy to clean.
The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that I emailed customer service about an off-colored thread that is part of the seam. It really sticks out visually but if I cut it or pull it it will unravel the whole seam. I even sent them a photo but I never heard back from them.
I am going to continue to use the bag but I guess I will have to just deal with the white thread.
Not impressed with the customer service but love the bag.

Would be fantastic if they made this in the vegan leather. The nylon material just looks a little too cheap and is harder to clean. The interior organization though is superior to any other bag ive seen!
