Natalie Dusome launched her company only about a year ago, but she cut her design teeth at Banana Republic, Fossil and (fellow Canadian brand) Aldo Shoes. But wanting a great bag that was also utilitarian (she was a new Mom, and needed something that looked good but would also hold diapers easily), she decided to make what she couldn’t find. Her brand ethos is simple: “My customer isn’t an avant-garde customer. She’s an everyday woman who wants a trendy but functional bag at an affordable price.”
