The perfect bag

I really do love this bag. It’s a great cross body option that doesn’t look too sporty, and you can wear it dressed up or down. I also appreciate how much the crossbody actually extends - it is great for plus sized gals. My only concern is that after wearing only for a few days, it looks like some colouring from my black coat rubbed off on the bottom corner of the bag. Are there any tips for cleaning these bags?

love the bag but compartment for cell phone on outside of bag isn’t large enough. I have a small cell phone and it doesn’t fit.
