1) The shipping was swift and the packaging was awesome. The bag came inside a dust cover with paper and/or foam wrapped around all of the straps and metal zippers, etc.
2) This bag is huge. I am a high school English teacher. I use this bag as my teacher bag. I can fit my laptop in the padded section, the charger in the mesh pocket, wo pouches of pens, pencils, etc. my 5 plastic envelopes that are a little larger than 8 1/2 x 11 with student essays in them, my 40 oz. cup on one side, and extra bottle of water on the other side, and my phone and e-reader in the external pockets. It actually holds everything I need and looks fashionable not like a "teacher bag."
3) The straps. This bag is comfortable as a back pack or using the over the shoulder strap. The shoulder straps are padded and adjustable for a comfortable fit.
4) It's pretty! I love the blush color. It's a soft pink and the material feels like real, butter-soft leather. I have been asked about my bag at least 20 times since I started using it for work.
5) I felt like buying this bag was risky, since I don't usually pay so much for a work bag, but it's totally worth the money! Now, I just need them to make their downtown bag in the blush color, so I can buy that one next.
